Assistant Principals Meeting September 21

By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail. - Ben Franklin.

On September 21st, our East Ramapo Assistant Principals (APs) gathered at the Central Administration building to plan, prepare, collaborate and swap ideas. In lockstep with their District Principals, they start with the year-long intentions and carefully lay down the plan to build their school's path to success.

As the Principals’ wingmen (or wingwomen), our APs help with the overall administrative operation of the schools. There is almost nothing they are not involved in. This dream team plans schedules for teachers, organizes test calendars, coordinates student activities, evaluates teachers, handles student disciplinary issues, and much more. They juggle a number of high priority tasks that require them to be very organized in order to maintain a unique school culture and lead the school to success.
