Friday Graduation Ceremonies Relocated to Rockland Community College

Dear East Ramapo Families,

Due to the forecasted weather conditions for Friday, June 26, 2026, the District has made the decision to relocate all graduation and moving-up ceremonies scheduled for that day from Clover Stadium to Rockland Community College (RCC).

While we had hoped to celebrate outdoors, this decision allows us to provide a safe, comfortable, and memorable experience for our students, families, and staff regardless of weather conditions.

What to Know

All ceremonies scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026, will take place at Rockland Community College (RCC).

Ceremony times remain unchanged:

• Pomona Middle School – 9:00 a.m.
• Chestnut Ridge Middle School – 11:00 a.m.
• Ramapo High School – 4:00 p.m.
• Spring Valley High School – 7:00 p.m.

Parking

• Parking will be available in the lots accessed from the Viola Road entrance on the back side of the Field House.

Doors Open

• Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start of each ceremony.

Important Reminder

• Balloons are not permitted inside the venue due to fire safety regulations.
• Airhorns are not permitted.

Students should continue to report at their previously communicated arrival times and follow all expectations regarding attire and participation.

We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we work to ensure a successful celebration for all of our students and families. We look forward to honoring the accomplishments of our graduates and moving-up students on Friday.
