Welcome

I am Susan Mangan your child’s kindergarten teacher this year. It is going to be a wonderfully exciting year and your child will grow in leaps and bounds. It was in third grade with Mrs. Alcorn my teacher, that I became inspired to be a teacher by the kindness and open exploration she gave so freely to our class. This led me as I was called to become a teacher and have been teaching since 1995. My career began in the Bronx where I taught for eight and a half years. East Ramapo Central School District has been my home beginning in September 2003. My job is to ensure that your child is growing in all their abilities developing academically, emotionally and fostering and independent growing mind.  I look forward to our journey this year!
