Non-Public Transportation Application Process Update

The District has introduced a new Affidavit System for collecting non-public transportation applications. Non-public schools were given the option to participate in this system.

Schools that choose to use the Affidavit System will collect transportation applications directly from parents and submit a student roster to the District.

• If your child’s school appears on the list below, the school has opted to use the Affidavit System. Parents should contact the school directly to complete the affidavit form.

• If your child’s school does not appear on the list, the school has opted out of the Affidavit System. Parents are required to complete the standard transportation application or eForm, both of which are available below.
