Alternative Change Form

Does your East Ramapo Student need to be picked up or dropped off at a location other than your home address? Perhaps they go to the babysitters, their grandparents, or daycare. The East Ramapo Transportation Department can arrange for an alternative pickup/dropoff location, but you need to fill out the alternative change form and drop it off or mail to 105 South Madison Avenue, Spring Valley, NY 10977 so that we know about you! Submit the form as soon as possible, but no later than August 2, 2024 if you would like this change to be effective the first week of school.

**PLEASE NOTE: Alternative Request Forms must be submitted every year.

Does your East Ramapo Student need to be picked up or dropped off at a location other than your home address? So that we can arrange for your student's alternative pickup or dropoff, you have two options: 

• You can print and fill out the Transportation Department's alternative change form

OR

• Stop by East Ramapo's Central office at 105 South Madison Avenue in Spring Valley and ask to fill out the Transportation Alternative Change form. Assistance is available if needed.

This information should be provided to the district no later than August 2, 2024 if you would like this to be effective the first week of school.
