Please note that all requests must be submitted by the close of the business day, which is 4:00pm on Monday through Friday.
Requests will not be received or processed on dates where the District is closed. Please refer to the District Calendar for these closure dates.

| All Computer: Hardware and Software Loan orders must be submitted | Friday, March 20, 2026 |
| All Textbook & Library Loan (including transfer) orders must be submitted | Friday, March 20, 2026 |
| Technology requests from Smart School Bond & Supplementary Smart School Bond Funds must be submitted | Friday, February 13, 2026 |
| Title I, II, III, and IV Budget Transfers from supplies to mentor/ tutor program(s) must be submitted | Friday, February 27, 2026 |
| Title I. II, III, and IV Budget Transfers from the mentor/tutor program(s) to supplies must be submitted NOTE: Anything above the already reserved (5% for Title I, II, II) & (10% for Title IV) must be justified in writing in order to be approved |

Please be sure to give yourself enough time and preparation to send all of your orders and/or transfer requests by the deadlines given. Do not wait until the last day!!
