Social Workers

Our school social workers play an important role in addressing the various social and emotional needs of our East Ramapo students, and collaborate with principals, teachers, staff, and families to provide these special services. They are trained mental health professionals, and are present in our schools to assist with problems such as mental health and behavioral concerns, absenteeism, the effects of varying traumas, and to conduct home visits.

This remarkable team of social workers is instrumental in furthering the mission of East Ramapo Central School District - educating the whole child by providing a healthy, safe, supportive, engaging, and challenging learning environment.
