As a public service, the East Ramapo Central School District is pleased to offer the community access to our facilities for a variety of events. Building permits are issued to non-profit community organizations upon written request and availability.
Building Permit ApplicationsApplications for Building Permits available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM only. Location: Buildings & Grounds Dept., 557 New Hempstead Road, Spring Valley, NY 10977.
