The American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary Emergency Relief Fund (ARP-ESSER) is providing over $90,000,000 to East Ramapo Central School District. About eighty percent of this funding is being recommended to fund capital projects which will improve instructional and non-instructional spaces, such as lighting and ceiling replacement, electrical systems, windows doors and ventilation. This is the estimated 3-year timeline for completing these facilities upgrades.
