TEACHING BEHAVIORS:  

I am committed to teaching prosocial behaviors.  If a child can't read, we teach. If a child can't ride a bike we teach. If a can't add, we teach. If a child can't behave, we..........  

Let commit to teaching behaviors - at home and at school. How do we teach behaviors?  Demonstrate what the beahvior looks like, provide positive and negative exemplars, role-play beahvior, model behavior, reinforce behavior and practice practice practice.  Also see my web site resources for a kahoot link.
