Child Care Resources of Rockland connects Families and Child Care Providers with CARES Child Care Scholarships
Due to inclement weather, all East Ramapo Central School District after school activities have been cancelled for today, Tuesday, January 26, 2021.
Due to the impending forecast, Chestnut Ridge Middle School will be dismissing today, Tuesday, January 26th, at 1:pm. All students present for in person learning will be served lunch prior to dismissal. Stay safe and warm.
When students exit an IB Program, they are required to complete an exit project which gives students the opportunity to demonstrate their deep understanding of the IB way. For Chestnut Ridge’s Middle School Students Eighth Graders, they are required to complete the Middle Years Program Community Project. Due to COVID-19, they are focusing their projects on Research and Advocacy.
Wednesday, January 27, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that an individual who was at Hempstead Elementary School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.
On Monday January 25, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that one individual who was at Fleetwood Elementary School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.
Monday, January 25, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that an individual who was at Hempstead Elementary School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. On Sunday January 24, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that one individual who was at Spring Valley High School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.
Friday, January 22, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that two individuals who were at Kakiat STEAM Academy tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with these people. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.
