Facilities Use/Building Permits
DUE TO COVID-19, ALL OUTSIDE PERMITS ARE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
As a public service, the East Ramapo Central School District is pleased to offer the community access to our facilities for a variety of events. Building permits are issued to non-profit community organizations upon written request and availability.
Beginning Fall 2020, the District will transition to a web based online application process ONLY to make renting district facilities easier for district staff as well as the general public.

The following are the required documents to obain a permit:
- Complete Online Application
- Submit a copy of insurance
- Pay security deposit (20% of total)
- Submit rental fee (total amount to be invoiced0
- Hold harmless Agreement
- Restroom Acknowledgement (must be completed when requesting use of Athletic Fields).
