The District’s Central Registration Office will continue to process online student registration applications while working remotely due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Non-public students who are registering for special education services will need to use the online registration system while the District is closed.After the applications are submitted, parents will be contacted by the Central Registration Office with additional information to complete the registration process.

If you already have a Parent Portal account, you can register a new student through your online profile.

Once you have completed the online registration process, please expect the following:
- You will receive an email confirming that your application has been submitted.
- The email will contain a list of acceptable documents to demonstrate your child's proof of age, your proof of parental relationship, and residency information.
- A member of the Central Registration Office will email you to request that you either scan or upload a photo of the required proofs to finalize the registration process.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: The East Ramapo Central School District makes every effort to place students in the school closest to their residence. However, student placement is dependent on: grade level enrollment at the time of registration; language acquisition services; and special education needs. The aforementioned considerations ensure that the educational needs of all students are met.
