  • King for a Day Oratorical Competition

    East Ramapo Central School District is once again participating in the King For A Day Oratorical Competition, taking place on February 15, 2021. All district 7th and 8th graders are invited to participate in this event, which is sponsored by the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, Inc., Epsilon Chi Chapter, an organization of educators committed to Y-E-S: Youth, Education, and Service. They have been serving Orange/Rockland communities since 2005.

  • Points of Pride from Kakiat STEAM

    A 6th grader at Kakiat STEAM Academy, Princeton,, was selected as this week's Points of Pride student for his outstanding use of Jamboard. Interim Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Ray Giamartino, Principal Wilmoth, and Ms. Tirado are so proud of this exceptional East Ramapo student.

  • Letter Regarding Positive COVID-19 Case ELDORADO

    Thursday, January 14, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that an individual who was at Eldorado Elementary School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.

    On Wednesday January 13, 2021, the East Ramapo Central School District received information that an individual who was at Spring Valley High School tested positive for the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Following state-approved protocols, the District immediately notified the small group of individuals who had interacted with this person. The District also notified The Rockland County Department of Health and has started the contact tracing process.
