The New York State Seal of Biliteracy was adopted to promote a way for students to show their academic competencies in at least two languages. Students who receive the Seal must demonstrate their proficiency in English and a World Language.
Five East Ramapo Central School District teachers were awarded Orange and Rockland Utilities, Inc. STEM Classroom Grants at a reception on May 15. These educators will use the grant funds to engage students in STEM learning opportunities next year.

The hearing will provide the community an opportunity to provide input on the proposed adoption of the School District's updated District Wide Safety Plan as required by Education Law § 2801-a(6).

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education will hold a regular meeting immediately following the conclusion of the Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at the PLLC Room, Administration Building, 105 South Madison Avenue, Spring Valley, NY, at which it will consider all matters lawfully coming before the Board. It is anticipated that the Board may enter an executive session to discuss matters lawfully to be so considered.
